I have done 7 semisters of BTech from Manav Bharti University and I want to do my last semister from other university or from same university.... is it possible ?

It is not possible to do one semester of the B.Tech course especially the last one from other university. In order to get a degree from a university, you need to complete all the semesters from that particular university. Completing few semesters from one university and few from other is not at all accepted by any university.
If you want to leave that university, you need to start your course from the first semester again in other university. It is recommended that you complete your B.Tech course from Manav Bharti University to ensure no year losses.
