Sir I Want to know the eligibility for studying bsc geography Hons ug level....my daughter has appeared high secondary exam this year with subjects combination geography, economic, sociology, computer application .... kindly let me know if she is eligible for applying bsc geography Hons in ug level... thank you.

Eligibility for BSc Geography Hons UG Level:-

The candidates should complete their 12th or its equivalent exam in Sciences stream with geography as one of the subjects.

The marks of admission for this course may vary from college to college and at many places, it conducts entrance exams plus interview for the admission of students and percentage of 12th class is also being given credit.

To become eligible for the course , candidate must have completed 10+2 with atleast 50% and above marks with maths from a recognised institution.

Admission process is based on councelling after clearing entrance exam.

Eligibility for BSc Geography Hons UG Level:-

You must have completed the Higher secondary examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in Geography from any recognized board/institute to get eligible for BSc Geography Hons UG Level.

Eligibility for BSc Geography Hons UG Level:-

1 - The candidates should complete their 12th or its equivalent exam in science stream with geography as one of the subjects.

2 - The marks of admission for this course may vary from college to college and at many places, it conducts entrance exam plus interview for the admission of students and percentage of 12th class is also being given credit.

The eligibility for BSc in Geography Honours is a candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Geography as one of the subjects with a minimum score of 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. The minimum score may vary from college to college and the minimum age should be 17 years and the maximum age limit should be 25 years. Admission selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination or through an entrance examination it varies from university to university.

The eligibility for BSc Geography HONS UG Level is, candidates must have 12th passed in science stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.

The duration of this course is 3 years.

This is a graduate degree course.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam.
