How can I complete my graduation when I miss my all three chances in repair in 3rd sem in I subject my batch was 2013-2016

You cannot complete your graduation now. If you want to obtain graduation degree then have to take admission in 1st year of the course and complete it.

There will be no lateral entry and not eligible to continue your previous course now.

You can start your graduation from the beginning after a long year gap. Now you can complete your graduation through Correspondence or Distance mode from a recognized university or you can complete your graduation in One Year through One sitting Graduation with Credit Transfer Scheme.

You can restart your graduation course from the beginning. You can now complete your graduation through a recognized university or institute through correspondence or distance learning mode. Or you can go for the One-Sitting Graduation with Credit Transfer Scheme.
