In order to do dietician course, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

> You should have completed your 12th standard with PCB as main subjects from a recognized board.

> You should have scored minimum 60% marks to become eligible for the course.

Most of the reputed colleges conduct an entrance examination to select the eligible candidates. You can also appear for state level examinations and get admission in reputed colleges for graduation in dietician course.

Since, you have completed your class 12th examination studying PCM as a subject combination, you cannot apply for Dietitian course on the basis of your class 12th qualification.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th in Science stream studying Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a subject combination from a recognized Board scoring a minimum of 50% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Bachelors degree course of Dietitian.

Sorry, to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for dietician course after having post graduation i9n computer, because to apply for dietician course applicant must have done at least bachelors degree in medical stream or any other relevant stream approved by ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) from government recognized institute with minimum 55% marks obtained.

So as you want to go for further study, then you can go for further study in computer related stream which is more beneficial for you as career point of view.
