Candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are eligible for AIIMS exam for Bio Medical but your 12th standard subject are Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For SC/ST candidates this percentage is reduced to 40%.

Your age should be in between 17 to 26 years.

AIIMS entrance exam has following pattern:

1. Physics: 60 marks questions.

2. Chemistry: 60 marks.

3. Biology (Botany and Zoology): 60 marks.

4. General Awareness: 20 marks.

As per previous years trends, candidates who score 60% of total marks or more most probably get admission in AIIMS. So, your main target should be to score at least 130 marks out of 200 for admission.
