Possibility to get Accountancy Honours after a year for a candidate with above 50% in Accountancy under Calcutta University?
Hello, my daughter has passed HS under ISC Board with 46 percentage. In Accountancy she got 41 percentage. If my daughter get admission in BCom(H) as per criteria of college in General course. Then after one year if she gets above 50 percent in Accountancy can be taken admission in Accountancy in Honours? Are there any circular of Calcutta University? What is the present rule position of CU?

Yes, It is possible to get Accountancy Honours after a year for a candidate with above 50% in Accountancy under Calcutta University.
Candidate must have minimum secured minimum aggregate of 50% and 50% marks in accountancy to get admission in Accountancy Honours. If she could secure 50% in accountancy than also there is very few chances to get admission because admission will be done on the basis of merit list of intermediate score. |
