Yes, it is possible to do JBT course after 10+2.

Candidate who have secured 50% marks in 12th class from any recognised board can apply for JBT course.
JBT course is of 2 years.

JBT exam is conducted for training to get a jobs in government school teacher of class 1 to 4.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks or completed graduation degree from recognized university are eligible for JBT course.

Duration of JBT course is 2 years.

Your age should be above 17 years but there is no maximum age criteria,

JBT stands for the Junior Basic Training. It is a diploma level course of duration of two years which includes areas like child development, educational technology etc.

Eligibility criteria for the JBT course is as below:

>>The minimum academic qualification for the JBT course is that candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 50% for general category candidates and 45% marks for reserved category candidates.

So, yes, you are eligible for the JBT course after 10+2 if you have 50% marks in the 10+2 board exams.

The age limit is 17-28 years with upto five years age relaxation to reserved category candidates.

How to apply:

You can obtain the examination form the regional centres of Education board by paying demand draft of Rs 200.

The entrance exam consists of multiple choice questions. Exam duration is of two hours. Question is generally from general awareness, Hindi, numerical ability and General English. Minimum marks required to pass this exam is 40% for general candidates and 35% for reserved category candidates.

Yes,it is possible to do JBT course after 10+2 with at least 50% marks .

JBT stands for Junior Basic Training . It is a two year diploma program which qualifies its candidates in imparting elementary education .After pursuing this program,one can get jobs like teacher, teacher assistant, counselor , education administrator , librarian , coach, etc .

The candidate has to qualify in the CET with at least 40% marks for General category and 35% marks for reserved categories to apply for the JBT .

The qualification required for pursuing JBT program are as under :-

-The candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Central or State board of Secondary Education .

-The candidate who have completed graduation can also apply for the course with at least 45 % marks in aggregate from a recognized university .

-The candidate age limit should be from 17 years to 28 years at the time of applying for this course .Relaxation in upper age limit by 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to reserved category .

Yes of course it is possible to do JBT course ( Junior Basic Training course) after completion of 10+2 from boards like CBSE, ICSE or state boards.

For a candidate to appear in the entrance exam of JBT, the percentage of marks in 10+2 is 50% for general category and 45% for reserved category. It is two years course and also called diploma in teacher training.

Yes, it is possible to do JBT (Junior Basic Training) course after completion of 12th Class. The basic educational qualification required to do JBT course is "12th Class in 10+2 pattern" or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

> Qualification - 12th Class with 50% marks
(Or)
> Qualification - Graduate Degree with 45% marks

So candidates who have passed 12th Class with minimum 50% marks (or) candidates who have completed Graduate Degree need to score just 45% marks in order to be eligible. After successful completion of this Junior Basic Training course one can become a Teacher. JBT course is of Diploma level course which can be done after 12th Class in 10+2 pattern. The duration of this Junior Basic Training (JBT) course is 2 years.

It is possible to do Junior Basic Training course after 10+2 because of the fact that the least academic qualification required for this exam for any candidate is that he/she must have done higher secondary (10+2) from a recognized board.

The percentage of marks required for the JBT course for general category is 50%. For the reserved category, it is only 45%.

If you are eligible, you can apply for the exam after submitting the form to regional centre of your state Education council.
