Procedure to become an Advocate for a candidate who has secured 51% in LLB?


Friends, I have got 44.3% in my B.A. and 51% in LLB. As, I have done LLB after my B.A. so, I don’t know how can I enrol myself as an Advocate? Kindly tell me the process.

You need to get the license from Bar council of India to practice law in this country. You have got a law degree from a BCI approved college, then you need to practice under a reputed lawyer before applying for registration.

Without working under an experienced Advocate, it is not possible to get the license to practice this profession.
