hello !.. i want details about the course of bachelor of hospitality science. i want to know the qualification/eligibility needed for doing this course, how to apply for this course ? about the qualifying examinations and also the job opportunities after doing this course . please help me. hope your answer will be of great help,

This is a great course in my personal opinion it is a three year course and generally consist of around 32 subjects to be studied for a hospitality aspirant.This course is designed to provide the country with a good flow of young men and women with enough skill,attitude and potential to get the positions in management and administration of hospitality industry.

The eligibility criteria for obtaining admission in this field is class 12th results to be a 45% aggregate for general cast and 40% for other backward classes.

To get admission in this course the most popular qualifying exam is NCHMCT JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION. This program is offered to the aspirants jointly by National Council Of Hotel Management and Indira Gandhi National Open University.The main qualification required to apply for this exam is that you should be 12th pass and that also with English as a compulsory subject.Also there is an age limit for this exam for general category a candidate must be of the age 22 and for SC/ST category it should be 25 years.The jobs available after doing this degree are too much but some of them are hotel/resort general manager,food and beverage manager,tourism specialist,human resource manager and many many more.I hope it helped.
