Steps to become a Bengali Literature Professor for a Bengali Honours student?


Hi friends, I did my schooling in Bengali medium and now I am studying Bengali Honours in BA. I want to become a Professor in Bengali Literature. I also write poems. Can I know about the steps through which I can achieve my aim?

For this post first you have to complete 12th with a good grade in any stream from a recogniszed university with the Bengali language or give an entrance exam after that you are eligible.
