Re: Which stream is better between HR and Operations for working Admin?
Typically, once an issue arises, HR is in charge of handling it. For instance, when an employee leaves, a new position will be opened. Yet, people on operations teams take a proactive approach, hoping to build a positive work environment through well-thought-out hiring strategies.

Re: Which stream is better between HR and Operations for working Admin?
HR or Human Resources is responsible for managing employees, including hiring, training, and development, employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Operations, on the other hand, involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of an organization, including managing supply chain and logistics, customer service, production, and delivery of goods and services. If you enjoy working with people and are interested in managing employee relations and ensuring a positive workplace culture, HR might be a better fit for you. |

Re: Which stream is better between HR and Operations for working Admin?
Both HR and Operations are important functions in an organization, and each stream has its own set of advantages and challenges. As you are working in the Admin field, you may have some exposure to both HR and Operations, and can consider which one suits your interests and career goals better.
HR (Human Resources) is responsible for managing the employees of an organization, their performance, training, compensation, benefits, and other related issues. A career in HR can be rewarding if you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and managing teams. However, HR can also be a challenging field as it involves handling employee conflicts, performance issues, and legal compliance. On the other hand, Operations deals with the management of the processes and systems that ensure the smooth functioning of an organization. This includes supply chain management, production, logistics, quality control, and project management. A career in Operations can be fulfilling if you enjoy problem-solving, decision-making, and managing processes. However, Operations can also be demanding as it involves meeting deadlines, managing resources, and ensuring quality standards. Both HR and Operations may have some target-based roles, such as meeting performance metrics, achieving production targets, or managing costs. However, not all roles in these streams are target-based. You can explore different roles and industries to find a suitable career path that aligns with your strengths, interests, and values. In conclusion, both HR and Operations are good streams, and you should choose the one that interests you more and offers a better career outlook in your industry. It's important to research the job prospects, skills required, and growth opportunities in each field before making a decision. |
