The major difference between the syllabus format of BTech CS (Computer Science) and BSc CS is that BTech CS is more focused on engineering and practical aspects of computer science, while BSc CS is more theoretical in nature. In BTech CS, students study subjects such as programming languages, computer networks, algorithms, database management, operating systems, software engineering, computer architecture, and hardware design, whereas BSc CS covers subjects such as computer fundamentals, mathematics, data structures, programming languages, and computer organization.

As for the question of which combination among BSc, MSc CS, BTech, and MTech CS is more preferable for a career in AI (Artificial Intelligence), it depends on personal interests and career goals. However, BTech and MTech CS are generally preferred for a career in AI as they provide a more comprehensive and practical education in computer science and engineering. BSc and MSc CS can also be a good foundation for AI, but they may require additional specialization and training.
