Hello everyone, can I know about the pattern of All India Bar Examination for the certificate of practice which is organized by Bar Council of India? I have applied and am preparing for this examination. Kindly tell me about the pattern of this examination of 2020.

• Family Law : 8 Questions
• Public Interest Litigation : 4 Questions
• Administrative Law : 3 Questions
• Professional Ethics and Cases of Professional Misconduct under BCI Rules : 4 Questions
• Company Law : 2 Questions
• Environmental Law : 2 Questions
• Cyber Law : 2 Questions
• Labor and Industrial Laws : 4 Questions
• Law of Tort including Motor Vehicles Act and Consumer Protection Law : 5 Questions
• Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act : 8 Questions
• Law-Related Taxation : 4 Questions

Total : 100 Questions

One marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

AIBE 2020 exam pattern is explained below:-
Mode of exam - exam will be conducted through offline( open book test ) mode.
Duration of exam - total time duration of exam will be 3 hour 30 minutes
Total marks - the question paper will be of total 100 marks.
Total questions - 100 questions will be asked in the examination
Type of questions - the question will be of multiple choice questions
Marking scheme - 1 mark will be awarded of every right answer
Negative marking - there will be no negative marking in the exam.
