What is the pattern of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020?


Dear Sir, I am going to apply for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission in MBBS program admission. I just want to know about the pattern of this entrance exam. Can you let me know about the pattern of this entrance exam this year?

Pattern of NEET 2020-

Examination mode will be pen and paper based.

Duration will be 3 hours.

Subjects will be physics, chemistry, and Biology.

Number of questions will be 180 multiple choice questions and it will have four options with one correct response.

Total marks will be 720.

Marking scheme will be like this, 4 marks for a correct answer and negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer.

Total number of questions from physics will be 45 and 45 from Chemistry and 90 from biology.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 -

Exam pattern :

Exam will be conducted in offline mode for a duration of 3 hours.

There is total 180 objective question of 4 marks each.

One mark will be deducted from the total score for every incorrect response.

There is no negative for unattempted question.

Total number of questions- 180
Total marks- 720
Number of questions in each section-
Physics- 45
Chemistry- 45
Biology- 90 (Botany- 45, Zoology- 45)
Marking scheme- +4 for correct answer and -1 for each incorrect attempt.
Duration- 3 hours
Type of questions- Multiple choice questions
Exam mode- Offline
Exam date- 03/05/2020

Pattern of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test 2020:

The mode of exam is offline and duration of the exam is 3 hours.

Physics, chemistry, and Biology will be the subjects.

Multiple choice questions will be there.

Total questions will be 180 and total marks will be 720.

4 marks for a correct answer.

0.25 marks will be deducted for each in correct answer.

It is a pen paper mode MCQ exam. questions are in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. 4 marks are awarded for 1 correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for one wrong answer.
