Sir I am failed in 2nd PUC in first attempt. When I pass 2nd PUC in second attempt. Can I get set in B.Sc Fashion & Apparel Design?

yes, you can pursue B.Sc. in Fashion & Apparel Design once you hold the minimum education requirement for the same course even after qualifying your 2nd PUC i.e; Class 12th as the number of attempts taken in completing a degree course, in general, does not matter as far as admission to an academic degree is concerned.
