My son is interested in the following degree: BSc Degree in Multimedia & Animation.
Presently he is studying for his 12th Std Board Exam from St. Xavier's College (Mumbai) in the Arts Stream.

I understand that Manipal University (Bangalore) is offering: BSc Animation/Visual Effects/Visual Communication Design/Game Art/New & Interactive Media/Graphic Design.

Also that M/s.Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects (Mumbai) affiliated to Sikkim Manipal University is offering BSc Degree in Multimedia & Animation (Distance Education).

Please let me know whether the above degree offered by M/s.Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects (Mumbai) in collaboration with Sikkim Manipal University is an EQUIVALENT DEGREE and has the SAME VALUE & SCOPE in the industry as offered by the Manipal University (Bangalore).

Also if the above admission is taken in Mumbai at Frameboxx, whether the exams, classes and lectures (theory as also practical) will be conducted on the same lines as held by Manipal University (Bangalore).

So it is best to do B.Sc in Multimedia and Animation from there. And after that you can also do masters in the same course. This will more beneficial to make your future bright and it is a source to get good salary package.

And Sikkim Manipal University provides distance courses in fact it is known for the distance courses. And I think you should do the B sc from the good and reputed university and you may get good job through the campus placement. And it is best for your career. There are many places where you can get good job with good salary package.
