sir/madam....I saw ur adv of PTT in a jk daily some 20days before and I wasted no time in sending the resume and on 24th oct 2013 I recieved a letter from ur institution but I was surprised to see the letter as earlier in the adv it was a job notice but ur letter was contrary to that as not mentioning job but it reads ..... Primary teacher training not job.....I m confused I m already a B.ed and also a distance degree from out side jk university is not valid in jk.....kindly give a satisfying reply of the query....thanking you

You need to contact the concerned institute for more information. If it is a training institute, then they can't provide you job, because they are only for training purpose.

You can only get training and getting job will depend on your own caliber. Selection is mostly based on the performance in the written exam and interview.
