I want to apply for Human Resources Internship in HCL Technologies Limited. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for me to apply for an Internship in this company. Please let me know about the eligibility criteria to apply for an Internship over there.

Eligibility to apply for Human Resources Internship in HCL Technologies Limited are given below:

You should be willing for full time (in-office) intern.
You should be from Lucknow.
You should have relevant skills and interests.
You should have knowledge and skills in MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written).
You should be a graduate. Candidates currently pursuing their graduation are also eligible.

1)You should have excellent communication skills as you will be calling and sourcing the candidates.
2. You should be able of screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling as well as coordinating interviews.

3. You should be scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process

4. You should be able to do counseling the candidates

5. You should be able to coordinate the candidates for interviews.

6. You should be able of taking interviews of the candidates over the phone
