To apply for internship in IIT, Delhi you have to contact the training and placement cell of your college and they will talk with the IIT admin department to fetch you the permission for internship. Once that allow you, then you have to submit your resume and a NOC from your college to the professor incharge of the IIT. If they find you eligible then you can follow their instructions and start your training.
