How to became a Psychologist after BAMS?
A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is required in Psychology. The curriculum focuses on personality development, psychotherapy, stress management, and neuro-psychology. Postgraduate specialisation is available, with an MA or M.Sc. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling. PhD or M.Phil degrees are also offered for further specialisation at the doctoral level. |

You have to complete MD after your graduation.
Eligibility for MD in Psychiatry Graduation completed from a recognized university, in any of MBBS, BDS, DMS, DHMS, BHMS, BAMS, BASM, BEMS, BIAMS, BNYT, BATS, BUMS, BPT, B. Pharma., N.O., and M.D. (A.M.). A minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation. |
