How to do Industrial training in Java, NET from Syntel after BE CSE? Will Syntel give stipend?

I am BE Computer Science holder from Pune University and have done Accelerated Diploma in Java course from Seed Infotech, Pune. How can I get Industrial training of Java, NET from Syntel? Will Syntel give stipend?
