Procedure to apply for apprentice training at HAL Bangalore TTI?


Hello Sir/Mam, I got selected for apprentice training at HAL Bangalore TTI, actually i want to know what is the scope after one year?? I am from Aeronautical background, as u know there are no jobs for Aeronautical, so after completing B.Tech I searched a lot for job and finally got job in IT company. sir what is your opinion?? means is it good if I leave the current job and join apprentice? or is there any chance that after completing apprentice will i face the same situation as I faced after my B.Tech?? please reply I am waiting for your reply.
