Sir i want to do my in-plant training in Larsen & Toubro. Please do tell me the procedure for the same.

For undergraduate students, you need to contact the HR of the L&T office you wish to intern in and communicate with them through the Training and Placement Cell of your college. For students who have completed their B. Tech and are looking to do M. Tech, L&T provides the Build India Scholarship.

Procedure for doing Inplant training in Larsen & Toubro?

1. Visit the official website of the company at www.larsenturbo.com.

2. Read all the information about the internship.

3. Scroll down, click on the option of applying now.

4. Fill the application form.

5. Submit it before the last date.

1- You can mail to the HR person and mentioning that you want to do internship in their company and mention your discipline and background.

2- It will be beneficial if the concerned authority aka placement officer drop a mail on your behalf.

3- If we go according to point no.1 then they will ask you to bridge a contact between your placement officer and him.

4- He will ask for your resume and a recommendation mail or letter ( anything can be asked) from your placement officer.

5- If he likes your resume then he will take your interview ( telephonic or through vedio conference).

6- If he finds you suitable then you will get selected for internship.

In order to apply for the internship , one can write to the HR and telling them that you are interested in doing internship in their company.

If they find you capable for the post they will call you for the telephonic interview.

Or you can also approach some good clients of L&T and ask them to recommend to L&T to provide so.

You can also ask your placement officer to mail resume on your behalf.
