Procedure to join shipping institute for 1 year pre sea training after graduation?


I am in B.Tech and Mechanical engineering and I want to join merchant navy after it, so how to join with an shipping institute for 1 year pre sea training after graduation? Can someone please provide me the procedure which I need to follow? Thank you!
