Hi everyone, can anyone of you let me know about the selection criteria in Pentashiva Infraventures Private Limited for Office Management Internship program? I want to apply for such Internship in this company so I want to know about the selection criteria.

The selection would be on the basis of your communication skills and marketing skills.

You must have strong convincing skills and excellent communication skills in English.


The selection process would be completed in three steps:-
1)Interview with the HR
2)Aptitude Test or Skill test
3)Interview with the manger

Please find the following criteria for being selected as Office Management Interns in Pentashiva Infraventures Private Limited.

1) You must have good communication skill.

2) You should be good in MS-PowerPoint.

3) You should have good grammatical skills in English.

4) You should have knowledge of creating database.

5) You have to able to communicate with the clients to know their
requirements through email.

6) You should have knowledge of searching information through the internet.

7) You have to be available for full time internship in-office.

8) You must be from Delhi and neighboring cities.

9) You have to be available for duration of 6 months.

10) You must have relevant skills and interests in this regard.

11) Women who are interested to start or restart their career can also
eligible to apply.

The candidates would be selected on the basis of their resume as everything will be mentioned on it. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview followed by the skill test and aptitude test.

The last round would be with the manager and will be focused on your behavior and your capability to work under pressure.
