Selection criteria for Human Resources Internship in HDFC Bank Limited Mumbai are as follows;

Candidates should be from Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities.

Candidates should have completed graduation from any recognized university/institute.

Post Graduate candidates pursuing MBA in HR will be preferred.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English.

Candidates should have MS Office proficiency, MS Excel proficiency, Recruitment, Human Resources Management skills.

Candidates should be available for full time (in-office) internship for duration of 3 months.

1) You must have knowledge in MS-Excel .

2) You must have good communication skill.

3) You must be aware of screening resumes and schedule interview for shortlisted candidates.

4) You should be familiar with sourcing the candidate for interview.

Other criteria to get selected are as follow :-

6) You have to be available for full time internship in-office.

7) You must be from Mumbai and neighboring cities.

8) You must have relevant skills and interests in this regard.

Selection criteria:--

Applicant need to become a part of our Trade Finance team.

Applicants should undergo a screening process, post which they are issued a conditional offer letter.

Selected applicants have to successfully undergo a 30-day course with Bank Edge to be absorbed into HDFC Bank as employees.
