Hi everyone, can any of you let me know about the selection criteria in Iha Consulting Services Ranchi for Human Resources internship program? I want to apply for such an internship in this company so I want to know about the selection criteria.

Candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience.

Shortlisted candidate will go through number of interview stages.

Candidate's final selection will be done through HR interview.

1) You must have completed your Graduation degree or you may pursuing in any year of graduation from any recognized university or institute to get eligible for the internship.

2) You should be familiar with sourcing the candidate for interview.

3) You should have proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).

4) You must be aware of screening resumes and schedule interview for shortlisted candidates.

5) You have to be available for duration of 2 months.

6) You must have relevant skills and interests in this regard.

6) You have to be available for full time internship in-office.
