**Selection criteria for Operations internship in Edelweiss Wealth Services Mumbai are as follows:
1. Firstly, the candidates have to give the written test.
2. Then, candidates have to appear the face to face interview.
3. The number of processes of the intership will increase or decrease according to the number of candidates.
4. The final selection is based on the performance in all the processes.
