Hi Sir, I have applied for a Web Development internship in Simplified Management Solutions Private Limited Kolkata. I want to know about the selection criteria for this internship in this firm. I want to do this internship so I need to know about the selection criteria.

1. Skill Test. (Aptitude + Technical )
2. F-2-F HR interview.

1)Online Technical Test

2)Online Aptitude Test

3)Technical Interview

4)Manager/HR Interview

Selection procedure is given below.

1. Aspirant will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and skills.

2. Shortlisted Aspirant will go through number of interviews.

3. Aspirant's final selection will be done through HR interview.
