I would like to know that after the written exam of ONGC for Internship purpose, I have to attend the Interview also? They schedule the Interview for the qualifying candidates in the written exam?

Yes, after the written examination is cleared, you will also have to appear and clear an interview session conducted by the Organization.

After having successfully cleared the interview round, you will be very much eligible to avail the job post you had applied for.
