Hi ; i have a query, as i am m.pharma in pharmacology, if i appear in the net exams and qualify the same by choosing life science as a subject. then my phD will be in the qualifying subject i:e life science or will be in the pharmacology which is my basic subject..please suggest the best possible answer,,thanks |

THe details of this I am giving you, you can read them Ph.d at NAtional Center for Cell Sceinces, Pune eligibility= post graduate degree in life sciences, chemical sciences, bioinformatics, biotechnology, agriculture,vetinary sciences, madicine graduates + GATE/NET Ph.d at Rajeev Gandhi Center for Biotechnology eligibility= post graduate degree in life sciences, chemical sciences, bioinformatics, biotechnology, agriculture,vetinary sciences, madicine graduates [COLOR="Yellow"]Ph.d at JIPMER, puducherry eligibility= post graduate degree in pharmacology Ph.d at Pharmaceutical sciences through CRET at BHU, Varansi eligibility= M.pharm + GATE or M.pharm You can see the details these are good colleges in which you can apply. |

A recent law passed by parliament and other law governing bodies has made it mandatory for cracking NET for all those who want to persue p.hd. from government or government aided institute in India. Re: How to go for Phd after M.Pharm? Phd. in different disciplines is available in most of the major universities in India. If you have done M. Pharm then you can apply for these universites. Some of these universites include Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) and NIPER. The admission in PhD in most of the institutes is done mostly on the basis of educational background, profile and Interview. good luck friendd........... |

Re: How to go for Phd after M.Pharm? In order to pursue Phd after M.Pharm you have to qualify the UGC-NET entrance exam.It's the only way. So, its being a great career scope and you should write NET exam before P.hd. |

Hello you can pursue your phd after m.pharm colleges providing phd admission after m.pharm are : NIPER JAMIA HAMDARD DIPSAR etc some of them conduct their own entrance for phd admission.and some give admission on thier own marking system procedure to apply is same as m.phamr admission. As per the notifications for phd admission you can pursue your admission |

As per the regulations the person who is above the age 28yrs is not eligible to write NET to go for phd. from any govt. or govt aided insistute.so please guide is their any other enterance exam through which one can make the way to persue his phd. from any reputed insistute which should be of valuable from future perspect. |
