I am jigar patel.I am doing MPharm and i want to do PhD in india so plz guide me how to for it??

Phd. in different disciplines is available in most of the major universities in India. If you have done M. Pharm then you can apply for these universites. Some of these universites include Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) and NIPER. The admission in PhD in most of the institutes is done mostly on the basis of educational background, profile and Interview.

For a good career after p.hd. it is mandatory for you to appear for UGC-NET entrance exam.

A recent law passed by parliament and other law governing bodies has made it mandatory for cracking NET for all those who want to persue p.hd. from government or government aided institute in India.

So,for great career prospect it is adviceable to go through NET.

You can do a PhD whilst in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

You can do one based at the university in many science and biology and practice based PhDs. If you're university lecturers do research in a certain area then its likely a PhD could also come up in that area.

there are several colleges in india, who run p.hd courses so you can apply one of them.

you can do p.hd after m.pharma,
but for this you have to give the exams of the NET,
and after getting good score you can take admission in the good college for the p.hd course.

after m.pharm you need some year experience from industry or academics for registration to phd or some institutes conduct the exams for same with scholarship

dear, If you complete your M.PHARMA then you are eligible for PH.D. go at univ.

or college where you want to do phd and take admission.

procedure of selection of phd students in some universties is entrance test but

some universties take direct admission on the base of project. BEST OF LUCK

phd course is of how much years. what shall be the syllabus of ugc-net exam.

as you know the new rules of India you must go through the entrance test for enrolled in p.hd

For Ph.D. you can appear in NET exam and then you can proceed your Ph.D.

i had completed my m.pharm with pharmaceutical analysis and quality assurance as my subject. i had qualified GATE. is it necessary
to write UGC-NET? if not how can i apply for ph.d under good guide?

PhD in Pharma is an advanced course for professionals. As to join PHD students need to have Masters in pharmacy, bioscience, bio-technology or bio-physics with good marks. Some of the best institutes which offers the course are Institute of Pharmacy, Premier institute of management and engineering and National institute of pharmaceutical education and research.

after that u can get a good college that offers Phd. Phd of that college's has so much value.

Well jigar patel,

UGC-NET is a written test procedure for P.hd career.
It is compulsory to write this exam.
& It is parliament's law and it has been passed since few years back.


So, its being a great career scope and you should write NET exam before P.hd.

As per the regulations the person who is above the age 28yrs is not eligible to write NET to go for phd. from any govt. or govt aided insistute.so please guide is their any other enterance exam through which one can make the way to persue his phd. from any reputed insistute which should be of valuable from future perspect.

you can pursue your phd after m.pharm
colleges providing phd admission after m.pharm are :
NIPER
JAMIA HAMDARD
DIPSAR
etc
some of them conduct their own entrance for phd admission.and some give admission on thier own marking system
procedure to apply is same as m.phamr admission.
As per the notifications for phd admission you can pursue your admission
