Re: which is better option mca or wipro wase? I'm a Wase completed Employee of wipro who is working out of US. Who will get all the benefits of being in the industry for 4 years through your MS Program and also WASE MS program is equivalent to M.Phil whose equivalent certificate anyone can get from BITS WILP(Work Integrated Learning Program site. Wase is not a distance education.It is considered as Regular MS Course. |

When you are taking up MCA you are just reading the books with no exposure or not knowing the exact work at the industry. Whereas while taking WASE while completing the MS you will be with lots of knowledge than MCA |

Re: which is better option mca or wipro wase? Hi, WASE program is a good oppurtunity being given to B.SC/BCA students to get an MS Degree along with a great IT Work experience of 4 years. When you get done with your WASE, Wipro offers a good package and makes you its Employee(accepting is your choice). But it is really going to be the Best option if you go with WASE, as you will be involved in IT work experience from a good company like WIPRO and also getting certified in MS from the most reputed Institute BITS-Pilani. |

Re: which is better option mca or wipro wase? hello look dear i think from my personal point of veiw thwt you should go for MCA but i wont even deny for wipro wase on the other hand because wipro wase has started this new programe and is new to the market and i seriously dont know how long it can stand in the global arena of such high potential so in my openion you must 1st stick to the old is gold policy and try to do MCA from a good and reputed institute and then thik about wipro wase programme as you your self dont seem to be confident about joining the programme. take care and all the best bye.... thank you |

All, Lots of discussion and enough confusion also... no i won't blame anyone... i was in the similar state 4 years back. ... yes..i have completed the WASE program now... ( in way ... this month) First and Foremost ...there is no comparison between wase and mca.. i feel so... one more thing is that you will learn a lot of things in mca...but in a service industry, you tend to do only limited stuff... wase gives the exposure which is enormous.... but if your aim is study... please opt for MCA... the learning curve in WASE ( only subject learning ) is not so good.... WASE is respected across the industry and will be ..... ( i read somebody having good chance of getting into NIT... please go for that... ) Join WASE only if you have interest in software... othersiwe please don't come here WASE taught me to live in alien city with lots of limitations and made me grow... i am proud as a WASE'ian Choice is yourss..... |
