Applications invited for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) for the Courses commencing Jan 2012 for grant of Permanent/ Short Service Commission in Flying, Technical and Ground Duty branches. Last date for receipt of applications: 22 February 2011 Date of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT): 27 March 2011 You can see the details from the website given below (advertisement and application format): http://careerairforce.nic.in/applicaton_forms/index.html For Previous years paper: The entrance test will be of two hours duration and will contain multiple choice questions on verbal ability, numerical ability, reasoning, general awareness and aptitude. |

AFCAT-28th August-2011 paper format was: Q:1-4= Reading Comprehension Q:5-9= Correct the incorrect Grammar Q:10-14= Chose the word from the options to complete the sentence Q:15-17= Synonyms Q:18-20= ANtonyms Q:21-40= General Awareness Q:41-60= Numerical Ability Q:61-80= Analogy Q:81-90= Number Series Q:91-100= Figures and puzzles Each correct Ques. carries 3 marks (Toral= 300 marks) Each wrong answer will get -1 marks. |
