While fill up the post preference for ssc cgl exam 2014 I followed the sequence of post as given in the advertisement until assistant in other ministries and department and then IT Inspector. All the posts other than IT Inspector falls under group %u2018B%u2019 category and IT inspector in group %u2018C%u2019 . Now if I am considered for interview post after part II exam under ex-servicemen category, what is my chance of getting IT inspector even if my total marks after interview becomes what the other candidates under general category are qualifying for assistant in other ministries and departments. My worry is I committed mistake in filling the post preference and my desire is to get selected for IT inspector. It may also be noted that the ex-servicemen are entitled for age relaxation for group %u2018B%u2019. |

If one gets enough score to get either of the two posts but in his preference list he has chosen excise before income tax inspector, which one he would be given? |
