For the current year their estimate is around 50000 freshers. TCS placement test includes :- 1) Aptitude Test. 2) If you clear the aptitude test then you will be called for Interview. And if you also do well in Interview then you will be selected. Books for Preparation :- 1) For aptitude test : For quantitative aptitude solve the book of R.S.Agarwal. For Verbal and Non-verbal solve Barron's 12 edition. Also solve the previous year aptitude question paper of TCS. 2) For interview there is no such prescribed books but just keep all the updated information about TCS,keep a clear concept on technical papers,try to improve communication skill etc. For all updated information about you can visit http://www.tcs.com. |

Re: Books for getting through in TCS placement test? hi i myself is placed in TCS.its very good if you can go through the previous question papers of TCS.it is available in freshersworld.com.you can also try out questions in verbal,quantitave,reasoning,,,etc from all the books you can get.it will also help you for other exams and placements. |

You can find lot of references in sites like way2freshers, placementpapers.net etc. Please do refer reasoning questions of different entrance exams like GMAT, CAT and so on. |
