But for that you have to apply for off-campus placements in some companies of your choice. Mostly company gives out the notification about the off campus placement. The scope of EEE is really wide but if you continue you education and move to MTech then it will be a great boost for your career some of the government sectors are 1. indian army 2. indian navy 3. indian air force 4. indian railway 5. ISRO 6. NTPC 7. DRDO 8. SAIL etc etc. you may also join in private company after completion of Btech in EEE. @ BEST OF LUCK @ |

Candidate should pass graduation from recognized university with minimum 55% and above is must for government jobs. For EEE students can do jobs in their related electrical fields only , if interested candidates can go for software side but you have to learn Languages like C,C++etc. Some GOvt. jobs for EEE students : Bank jobs Railway jobs ECIL BHEL DRDO ISRO DRDL ONGC NTCP BEI CIvil service jobs like IPS and IAS. etc EEE is a good and very hardworking branch.Scope of getting Government jobs in this course is very high in India.But getting jobs in campus selection is good as they offer high amount of salary. >>>Some of the companies in Government sector which offering jobs are; BHEL IOCL NTPC SAIL Power grid GAIL , etc >>>In the private sector: TCS CINCO HCL IBM LARSON & TOUBRO (L & T) HP , etc |

Re: Jobs after Engineering in EEE? Dear friend The job scope of EEE is very much wide and there is chances of being soluble in both software companies as well as core companies. You can get jobs in any software development companies.(TCS, Wipro, u-sigma, Arescent, Sopra etc) You can jobs in telecommunication companies like BSNL, Airtel, Idea etc. You can get jobs in core industries as modern uses of PLC and various control system for heavy machinery requires Electrical/Electronics engineers for both operation and maintainance and installation. So, just choose the sctor as per your interest and qualification. You will get a job accordingly. Thank You Good Luck |

I tell you in my family & relative there are five electrical engineer and every body in goverment sector & have good pay scale and one is in final year of B.tech(Electrical branch). Overall job opportunities in engineering are expected to be good, and, indeed, prospects will be excellent in certain specialties. For more detailed information on an engineering specialty, contact societies representing the individual branches of engineering. Each can provide information about careers in the particular branch. So you can apply for the PSU's like- 1.ONGC 2.NTPC 3.BHEL 4.BEL 5.SAIL you can also apply for the govt. sector jobs like- 1.Railways 2.Banking sector 3.UPSC exams like - IAS, IES,IFS,IPS 4.Defense Now you decide in which sector you wants to go..
