NDA Stands for National Defence Academy, This examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission in yearly twice, NDA have three wings i.e. 1. Indian Air Force, 2. Indian Army, 3. Indian Navy, As per your age you are eligible for this examination but, you must satisfy some other eligibility criteria which is required for NDA examination, I mentioned below for this examination some eligibilities are required i.e. Educational Qualification, age limit, nationality, marital status, physical fitness etc,. These are >> Candidates must have a 12th standard with PCM (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) subjects from any recognized institution >> Candidates age should between 16.5 years to 19 years, there is no age relaxation for this examination >> Candidates should be a citizen of India >> Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this examination if you satisfy above all eligibility criteria then you are eligible for NDA Examination Selection Procedure First you can go for Written Examination, if you are qualifying in written examination you are eligible for next stage i.e. Medical Test after that Personnel Interview Physical Standards for NDA   Exam Pattern for Written Examination

I am just 18.3 years old Hi, As per your age which is 18.3 years, you are eligible for NDA exam provided that you fulfill educational criteria also. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC. It is for Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. The eligibility criteria for NDA exam is - 10+ 2 with maths and physics from a recognised university. Age shoud be between 16.5 years to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidates can apply So, if you are 12th pass, then you can apply for NDA exam. |

Re: Age limit required for NDA exam? What is the procedure? I am just 18.3 years old If you are 18.3 years of age then you are eligible to apply for NDA exam provided you satisfy all other criterias. You must be 10+2 or equivalent pass from a recognized Board of Education. Only unmarried male of age between 16.5 to 19 years are eligible to apply. You must be Indian Citizen otherwise you can't join NDA. The selection in NDA is based on following stages: -Objective type paper of 900 marks -SSB interview which will be of 5 days duration also carry 900 marks. -Medical Examination The selection is based on marks obtained in objective paper and SSB interview. If you are higher on merit then you will get selected if you clear medical examination. You have to pass the medical examination otherwise there is no chance to join NDA. It is conducted twice in a year (i.e. NDA I & NDA II) by UPSC (i.e. Union Public Service Commission). NDA II Exam will be conducted on 19 August 2012.  Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status :
How To Apply:
Since, your age is 18.3 years so you are eligible for this NDA Exam. Fill its Online Application Form immediately before 4th June. |

I am just 18.3 years old NDA stands for NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY , the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA:- -The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male -Should have either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board -Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age. There is no upper age relaxation for any reserved candidate. -Should have possessed good Physical Fitness. As your age is now 18.3 years you can apply for the forthcoming NDA-II 2012 exam, the notification for which has already been announced and registration process is going on now followed by exam on 19.08.2012.
