NDA stand for National Defence Service Exam.This exam is conduct twice time in a year.This exam is conducted by UPSC.

NDA Examination is conducted in 3 wings:

• Indian Air Force
• Indian Navy
• Indian Army

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam.Commerce student are applicable for only Indian Army branch.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Your age now in 18.3 years old so you are applicable for NDA exam.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India.

-Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age. There is no upper age relaxation for any reserved candidate.

As your age is now 18.3 years you can apply for the forthcoming NDA-II 2012 exam, the notification for which has already been announced and registration process is going on now followed by exam on 19.08.2012.

NDA Exam stands for National Defence Academy. It is conducted twice in a year (i.e. NDA I & NDA II) by UPSC (i.e. Union Public Service Commission).

NDA II Exam will be conducted on 19 August 2012.

Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status :

• Only unmarried male candidates can apply for this exam.
• Age of the candidate should be between 16.5 to 19 years.
• Also ensure that their Date of Birth should be between 2nd July, 1994 and 1st January, 1997.

How To Apply:

• Candidates are required to apply Online through official site of UPSC for filling Online Application Form i.e. http://www.upsconline.nic.in/. Detailed instructions for filling up
• online applications are available on the above mentioned website.
• The Online Applications can be filled upto 4th June, 2012 till 11.59 PM after which the link will be disabled.

The selection in NDA is based on following stages:

-Objective type paper of 900 marks

-SSB interview which will be of 5 days duration also carry 900 marks.

-Medical Examination

The selection is based on marks obtained in objective paper and SSB interview. If you are higher on merit then you will get selected if you clear medical examination.

You have to pass the medical examination otherwise there is no chance to join NDA.

As per your age which is 18.3 years, you are eligible for NDA exam provided that you fulfill educational criteria also.

NDA exam is conducted by UPSC.

It is for Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.

The eligibility criteria for NDA exam is -

10+ 2 with maths and physics from a recognised university.

Age shoud be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidates can apply

So, if you are 12th pass, then you can apply for NDA exam.

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

I am happy to inform you that you are eligible for N.A.D exam.

ELIGIBILITY FOR N.D.A:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board.
> Age limit should be above 16.5 year and below 19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit (no major surgery)

There are three stages of selection:-

> Interview

As per your age you are eligible for this examination but, you must satisfy some other eligibility criteria which is required for NDA examination, I mentioned below

for this examination some eligibilities are required i.e. Educational Qualification, age limit, nationality, marital status, physical fitness etc,.

These are

>> Candidates must have a 12th standard with PCM (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) subjects from any recognized institution

>> Candidates age should between 16.5 years to 19 years, there is no age relaxation for this examination

>> Candidates should be a citizen of India

>> Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this examination

if you satisfy above all eligibility criteria then you are eligible for NDA Examination

Selection Procedure
