The syllabus for M. Sc Electronics Science, University of Pune. The course is divided in 4 Semesters and students are to complete 100 credits in the 4 semesters. Special Elective Group Courses: Group 1 Characterization Techniques, Processes in Device Fabrication and Semiconductor Foundry Techniques. Group 2 Embedded System Design, Theory of Industrial Process Control and Industrial Controllers (PLC and PID). Group 3 Antenna Design, Analog RF Circuit Design and Optical Fiber Communication.
