Hi
In order to become a customs officer you must be Graduate with atleast 50% aggregate from a recognized University/ Institute. Moreover, to get job in this field, you have to appear in Civil Service Examination which is conducted by UPSC organization in India. So dear please complete your Graduation in a recognised University in order to become A Customs officer.

A candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from any field. He or she must be over 18 years of age. They must not use any illegal drugs of any sort. The staff selection commission conducts a CGLE as to select qualified candidate in to the post.

Hello,

To be a customs officer, you have to appear for a civil service examination.
the minimum qualification of a civil service exam is minimum 50% at graduation level.

Therefore, first you must appear for the aforesaid exam, clear that, and then only you can be a customs officer.

Basic Qualifications

An individuals must meet the following basic qualifications before applying for a position as a Custom Protection Officer®:


•Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing

•Be at least 18 years old or minimum age required by your State

•Be able to work flexible schedules

•Have a high school diploma or GED

•Have reliable transportation

•Not use illegal drugs. You must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).

•Be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable

•Pass a State licensing test if you will be driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle

•Be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if you were in the military
