Re: Am I eligible for CDS if my eye power is -3.5 and -4.0 with knees touching each other? your power will not be problem but your knees can creat problems. do some yoga it has had very positive impact on people. there is one aasan which can very well correct that posture of your knees. do that aasan you will find that posture in any good book of yoga. |
