Am I eligible for CDS if my eye power is -3.5 and -4.0 with knees touching each other?
i have glasses of power of -3.5 and -4.0 and my knee touch each other while standing in attention position……
m i eligible for cds or not |

your power will not be problem but your knees can creat problems.
do some yoga it has had very positive impact on people. there is one aasan which can very well correct that posture of your knees. do that aasan you will find that posture in any good book of yoga. |
