 The acronym for HCL is Hindustan Computers Limited. The selection procedure for HCL are mentioned as below:- * Aptitude test. * Technical interview. * HR interview. The eligibility criteria required for HCL are prescribed as below:- * With 60% marks in 1oth, 12th, and B.Tech till 6th semmester or in BCA/B.Sc (IT) and MCA/M.Sc (IT). * Study gap- more than one year. * No pending backlogs. If you are the MCA post graduates candidates then you can also apply in HCL Company to get the job. Eligibility criteria to apply for HCL Company: • Passed MCA, M.Tech, B.Tech, M.Sc with more than 60% marks • Degree should be from the recognized university • Candidates should have good communication skills • Study gap should not be more than one year • There should not be any backlog during degree course Selection process in HCL Company: 1. Written exam 2. Group discussion 3. Technical interview 4. HR/Personal interview |

Yes ,MCA candidate are applicable for HCL recruitment process.But you have fulfill the below given criteria first . Those candidate have 65% marks through out in career are eligible for HCL.Pending Backlog candidate are not applicable for this process.Maximum one year gap in through out career are applicable. Eligible departments are B-TECH , M-TECH ,MCA ,BCA ,B.SC (IT) , M.SC(IT) etc.If you have experience candidate then you are applicable for direct interview process. SELECTION PROCESS FOR HCL=>
