Re: Maximum marks required for admission in IIT's? sir/mam I have scored 10672 rank in the GATE 2012 and obtained 393 GATE score and 37.76 marks.I do not have 60% marks in the higher secondary examination.but I did a 3years diploma(equivalent 10 2) in computer science where I got 71.3% all over semesters.currently I am appearing for my final semester in B.Tech from a Govt. engineering college in kolkata(Kalyani Govt. Engineering College,Kalyani).i hv 6.68 cgpa till now.i wnt to know where i can apply for the admission in m.tech? |

Re: Maximum marks required for admission in IIT's? dear friend, My friend to get admission in IIT's , you have to score well in IIT-JEE exam.. After scoring excellent in IIT-JEE exam you will get a chance to take admission in IIT's.. IIT's are the best engineering college in India.. So, to get a chance in IIT's you have to do well in those exams.. There is no such particular marks required to get admission in IIT's.. All you need is you just have to do excellent performance in the exam.. Top students are get qualified for the IIT's.. So, you have to be one of them.. For that you have to do hard work... Prepare for those exams and try to score well in those exams... All the best. |

Re: Maximum marks required for admission in IIT's? hi, the minimum marks for the selection in IIT is not shown by IIT for eligibility you have to get 60% (for gen/obc) and 55% for ST/SC in 12TH CLASS |
