Many people spend their days in a frenzy of diverse and sometimes multiple activities, but achieve very little, because they are not concentrating their effort on the things that matter the most. It’s all about concentrating on results and not on being busy and working beyond your limits. You should focus on Time Management Planning. it would help the you in building a personalized strategy for the preparation of various targets in civil services and decide on preparing the right thing at the right time. This is perhaps the most important factor in planning for IAS. Also try out the books of 'upkar prakashan' that will provide you complete study materials for it. Best of luck
