Offcourse........Girls are allowed to enter in Indian Air Force.....Eligibility required for girls to enter in IAF are as follow- The candidate must be unmarried. Age limit for application is 16-19 years. Candicate must have passed 12th with minimum 60% marks in PCM. |

If she has done BTech and is in the final year, then she is eligible for the short service commission.First an interview will be taken at the college level on the basis of which she will be selected for short service commission by the the IAF officers. 2.After successful completion of SSC, she will be selected as an officer where the service is for 14yrs and high payscale. there is no expense and is free of cost unfortunately there is no other way through which you can enter the airforce(girls only). But new rule passed in 2009 allowed female candidates both in permanent as well as Combat commission of IAF and Navy only. 2) Female candidates those who have following degrees can apply for IAF:- B.sc (Physics,radio,electronics,IT). M.sc (Physics,radio,electronics,IT,CS) BCA (Specially for female candidates). MCA. B.tech/M.tech (civil,mechanical,electronics,electronics & talecommunication,Aeronautical etc.) B.arch (vacancy according to requirement). Etc. 3) Expenses varies from course to course,B.sc is some what cheaper,B.tech is costlier etc. 4) There are following schemes for you to get into IAF:- A) UES: university entry scheme,is meant for all male and female candidates those who have attend there first university degree,that is (Bachelor degree). Notification for it are released In Employment news. B) SSC: short service commission,is ment for all male and female candidates those who have B.sc/M.sc (Physics,radio,electronics,) or B.tech/M.tech (civil,mechanical,electronics,electronics & talecommunication,Aeronautical etc.) with atlest 60% aggregate including all semester.Notification for it are released In Employment news. c) There are also some entry schemes which are meant only for Female candidates,notification for whic are released according to requirements in Employment News. D) There is also entry scheme for Teaching,in Teaching cadre of all defence services. The minimum required qualification for which is a bachelor degree along with a B.ed degree with atleast 55% aggregate. Notification for it are released In Employment news. Best of Luck |

Criteria details : Educational qualification :You must pass your 12th standard examination. Age factor :You must be within 16.5 to 19 years of age. nationality :You must be an Indian. Eyesight :Your eyesight must be 6/6. |

First of all it is not "Indian Navy Force" it is "Indian Navy service" (INS). Yes of course girls are allowed in INS. Female candidates are offered Short Service Commission (SSC) in INS in there Logistic, Ground Duty, Traffic Control, Law, Avaition etc. Means all except "Combat" branch. Yeah combat branch are not allowed for female candidates. Recently proposals are made to Defence Ministry and Supreme Court to grant permission to female cadets for parmanent and combat. But only permanent Commission has been accepted and the "Combat" commission was rejected on the ground that there are various physical standard which can not be extract from females required for war. However,in IAF (Indian Airforce) female can be a pilot. Now, SSC mean you will be granted to perform duty for 10 years, which is extendable upto 14 years, and if you will be medical fit and have good record during your duty as SSC, then you will be allowed Permanent Comission. Now there is no any such field in which womens have no any entry. so indian air force is also not an exception to this. but there are few post for which they are not recruited but for most of them they are eeligible. now wmens are also flying aircraft. so best of luck. Some exams are conducted after 12 and some aftert graduation |

Yes , girls are allowed to join indian air force. 2.There are various criteria to join indian air force for women a) After doing diploma in nursing , you can join indian air force. b)After doing MBBS, you can join indian air force as doctor. c)JAG( Judge advocate general) - To join army through this scheme , you have to pass LLB.After passing, you you have to fill application form for this entry scheme. Then you will be called for direct interview.After qualifying this you have to face AFSB. d)SSCW(PG) - To join indian air force through this scheme , you have to pass PG.After passing, you you have to fill application form for this entry scheme. Then you will be called for direct interview.After qualifying this you have to face AFSB. After clearing AFSB you will become officer. After doing BTech, you can also join indian air force through following scheme: a).SSCW(T): short service commission women(Tech),for this scheme , advertisement comes in weekly news paper named employment news,keep in touch with this news paper.
