Re: Age-limit for NDA 2? Age limit for NDA is from 16.5 to 19 years with no upper age relaxation for any reserved candidate. NDA - National defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice evry year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing. Apart fro age criteria, the eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried Male candidate having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board with good Physical and Mental Fitness. Re: Age-limit for NDA 2? Dear friend, The age limit is for NDA 2 is same as NDA 1, there are no difference between this two exams only that these exams are conducted in two different time in the year.The age limit is 21-30 for general category and 5 years more for SC/ST and 3 years more for OBC |

Re: Age-limit for NDA 2? Hi, As per the eligibility criteria for NDA Exam. For Army wing,you must have completed 10+2. In order to join Navy and Air Force wings, You must have gone through Physics and Mathematics as the subjects at 10+2. One should be in the age between 16 1/2 years to 19 years are eligible. As your date of birth is on 21-09-1993, your age is 18 years by 2011 and by 2012 you are going to complete 19 years. you can appear for upcoming NDA Exam. |

The date of birth accepted by the Commission is that entered in the Matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate or in a certificate recognized by an Indian University as equivalent to Matriculation or in an extract from a Register of Matriculates maintained by a University which must be certified by the proper authority of the University or in the Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination certificates. |

Upcoming NDA-2 examination will be going to conduct in the month of may for which official notification has been issued. Eligible candidates can obtain application form from PO or UPSC office, New Delhi. Last date of sumitting application form is 09 may 2011. |

Re: Age-limit for NDA 2? According to the notification released by the UPSC regarding NDA II, only unmarried male candidates born between 2nd July, 1993 and 1st January, 1996 are eligible. So as you are not within the given eligible bracket so you are not eligible. However, if you want to join the defence forces, you can apply for the CDSE conducted by the UPSC after completing graduation from any foels. For details, Visit: www.upsc.gov.in |

NDA I is going to be Held on 17th of April for this You are Not Eligible because you have Not passed your 11th Class. But Don't worry For NDA I 2012 you will be Eligible. Re: Age-limit for NDA 2? Hello friend ! You are not eligible for NDA II because to be eligible you should have been born between 02-07-1993 and 01-01-1996. As per the NDA II Exam Notification : Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1993 and not later than 1st January, 1996 are eligible. But friend don't loose hope of joining the defense services as you have another chance of joining it after your graduation by clearing the CDS exam similar to NDA ! Best of luck ! |

In order to be eligible for NDA exam, one should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years. The candidates should have completed his 10+2 to be eligible for NDA exam. Any way in order to join Air force and Naval Academy, one should have Physics and Mathematics as the subjects. If you would like to appear for NDA, NDA exam is going to be conducted on 21st August,2011. You can get the updated information from the official website of UPSC.
