The lower and upper age criteria for 4th standard admission in CBSE affiliated schools:- The age limit required to get admission in 4th standard admission in CBSE board school is 8 years 6 months. As you have maintained that age criteria required varies from school to school. Since, your son is 8 years old, as per CBSE age criteria, he is not eligible to get admission in 4th standard in CBSE board school. |

Lower and upper age limit for 4th standard admission in CBSE affiliated schools:- No, there is no fixed age limit to get admission in the std 4th in different CBSE schools. But as per Kendriya Vidyalaya admission procedure, the minimum age limit to get admission in std 4th standard is 5 years 8 months on March 31. For more information visit at the schools. |

It is the Directorate of State Education, which decides the age limit to appear in the board examination or to get admission in any std. So,visit the respective office to get the detail about the admission procedure. |

What is the lower and upper age criteria for 4th standard admission in CBSE affiliated schools? My son's date of birth is 25th December, 2011. What is the age criteria for class 4th admission in CBSE Board's affiliated schools for academic session 2020-2012? Currently he is studying in 3rd standard and we are willing to change the school. |
