Re: What is the age limit to apply for Government Teacher job 2018? Generally age limit depends upon the post and board you are applying. Age limit for General male and female candidate is 37 years. For OBC candidate it is 40 years. For SC/ST candidate it is 42 years. You must have Graduate from a recognized university along with B.Ed or equivalent degree. Candidate should be an Indian. Candidate should have good personal skills. Selection: Written test which is called TET. Interview. |

For recruitment as teacher in government school candidate have to appear and qualify in CTET or TET examination conducted by CBSE and State government. There is no age limit to appear in CTET examination. So, if you required educational qualification you can appear in examination. For TET examination the age limit varies with state. So, visit official website to get detail about eligibility. |
